For candidates with current or prior experience with the State of Wisconsin experience and all required skills outlined in the job posting, we offer up to 98.5% of the client bill rate on CTC basis, ensuring a very low margin (under $1). Please be advised that client administrative fees will be deducted if applicable. Our payment terms are Net 30, and we guarantee payment within that period of Net 30, regardless of the client's payment status to us.

Location Requirement: Onsite or Remote? Candidate must be a CURRENT WI resident. No relocation allowed. This position can work 100% remote within the state of Wisconsin.

This is a position needed for the development and support of critical priority applications in the Division of
Employment and Training and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Candidates will play an integral
role on self directed work teams in support of high priority development projects. Project work will include:
application design and development, integration with 3rd party software, data conversion, new
development and modifications to existing code. Successful candidates will have demonstrated
success in designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, web development, and
Agile Scrum development methodology.

Required Skills:

  • 4 years of experience as a Microsoft full stack developer is required including legacy ASP.NET forms design and newer design patterns such as MVC/MVVM.
  • 4 years of experiences on development teams using Agile Scrum methodology is required
  • Previous work experience in government, insurance, accounting, case management, or work programs is required.
  • Previous work experience in online transaction processing (OLTP) web application development and batch processing required.

  • The successful candidate should be highly technically competent, a consistently high producer, a good communicator, and an overall team player
  • Prior experience as a developer in a large IT shop
