Summary: The IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer role involves developing integration logic and implementing service-oriented architecture solutions using IBM Integration Designer. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA): Strong understanding of SOA principles and the ability to design and implement SOA-based solutions.
Business Process Execution Language (BPEL): Experience in developing BPEL processes using the business process editor in IBM Integration Designer.
Data Transformation: Skills in defining business objects and creating maps to transform data between different formats.

Minimum 4 years of SQL experience (ability to develop, modify, troubleshoot and optimize complex queries and stored procedures).
Deep understanding of relational/dimensional data modeling and data mapping design, integration, migration and warehousing.
Design and Implementation of ETL solutions with effective design and optimized performance, ETL Development with industry standard recommendations for jobs recovery, fail over, logging, alerting mechanisms.
Experience on development background with Java, J2EE, Database building, SQL scripting and Management: DB2, SQL, PL/SQL, JDBC, Mapping and Workflow Tools.
Experience developing with MuleSoft.
Previous experience in the banking and insurance industry.
