Summary: The MMM Enablement Consultant role is a 3-month contract position focused on media strategy and analytics within the marketing sector. The consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading project management efforts, and delivering actionable insights to optimize media investments. This remote position requires a strong analytical background and experience in client servicing, particularly in the North American market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional project management and client servicing, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Serve as a key partner and subject matter expert in analytics, particularly as it relates to media strategies, across the organization and in client interactions.
- Lead end-to-end project management, from design and data collection to modeling and delivery, with a strong focus on marketing and media ROI analysis.
- Interpret and validate model results, crafting detailed reports and presentations for senior client stakeholders, ensuring actionable insights for marketing and media investment optimization.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior client collaborators, translating complex data into clear, actionable media strategies and insights.
- Run custom models to address specific client business challenges, particularly in media and marketing optimization, leveraging tools such as Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and media performance metrics.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure projects are delivered according to specifications, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Work cross-functionally with other locations and departments to tap into expertise, solving client business challenges and providing comprehensive media and marketing insights.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business/Marketing Management.
- Strong working knowledge of statistics and its application to marketing and media analytics solutions.
- At least 4-6 years of professional experience in analytics, with a focus on media or marketing data analysis.
- 3-4 years of client servicing experience, with at least 1 year in executing and managing marketing mix projects specifically related to media spend and ROI.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) or other advanced analytics methodologies focused on media investment optimization.
- Proven experience with media planning, media mix optimization, and analyzing media campaign effectiveness, including traditional and digital channels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and craft persuasive, data-driven stories for diverse client audiences.
