Our Client is a Top Tier Contractor whom are looking for Pre Construction Manager to help deliver the first of numerous construction based refurbishments on a 10 year framework. Typical projects are £1million to £12 million new build and refurbishments. Your will be based in Woking but there will be some flexible working. 10 year project!!!!
The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar construction role and have mid tier- main contractor pre construction experience, Project Management or a Design Co-Coordinator/Manager looking to go into pre construction.
As a pre construction manager will have strong process driven experience, and take responsibility for:
- Managing the pre construction programming through the cycle of the build and be able to understand the construction sequence and techniques employed on a large 10 year framework.
- Projects £0.5 million to £10 million.
- Programme control and the co-ordination of trades and the ability to adapt this where required.
- Add cost and design input on the delivery process and end product.
