Summary: The Marketing Operations Manager at Superside will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency within the Revenue Operations team, focusing on marketing processes, lead management, and automation. This position requires collaboration with marketing and sales teams to optimize the marketing funnel and ensure effective execution of marketing programs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and possess a strong background in marketing automation and technology. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role is essential for driving performance and alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize inbound lead processes, including lead routing, scoring, and data enrichment to ensure a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff.
  • Manage and enhance HubSpot workflows, ensuring accurate and efficient marketing operations.
  • Improve marketing attribution, tracking, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy for key funnel metrics and performance insights.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign execution, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Implement and oversee marketing automation initiatives, including creating and managing email sequences, landing pages, and other automated workflows.
  • Maintain data hygiene and compliance, including GDPR/CCPA regulations, ensuring a clear and actionable database.
  • Troubleshoot, integrate, and optimize marketing technology solutions in collaboration with the RevOps team.
  • Act as the project manager for marketing operations initiatives, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and timely execution.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations role, with a focus on marketing automation and lead management.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and drive execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing data, attribution models, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with lead scoring, routing, and enrichment tools such as Clearbit, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI tools, UTM tracking, etc.) is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and drive execution.
