Our client, in the Technology sector, is looking for a Customer Engagement Marketing Manager to join their team on a part-time, freelance basis (15 hours per week).Key Responsibilities:Customer Journey MappingDevelop customer journey maps for key segmentsIdentify crucial touchpoints for engagementCustomer Marketing and Demand GenerationManage customer communications calendarDesign and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities specifically to email marketing Email Marketing and Hubspot UtilisationDevelop and implement email marketing campaigns to install base using HubspotCreate and optimise automation workflows in Hubspot for customer engagement Leverage Hubspot's reporting and analytics features to drive data and campaign performanceKey Requirements:5+ years of hands-on B2B marketing delivery experience, focusing on customer marketingProven track record in customer engagement campaignsAdvanced experience in HubspotStrong understanding in customer journey mappingExperience in IT software sector advantageousThis role is remote, paying 25 per hour, and is on a freelance basis.
