Summary: The M365 Migration Support Engineer will be responsible for facilitating a Tenant-to-Tenant migration project for a leading IT consultancy based in Manchester. This role involves ensuring the seamless onboarding of users from an acquired company into a new company domain, primarily using MigrationWiz. The position is remote with occasional travel to the Manchester office and is expected to last for an initial three months, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless onboarding of users from an acquired company into the new company domain.
• Manage M365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration projects.
• Utilize MigrationWiz for migration processes.
• Handle user management, SharePoint, and Exchange management within Microsoft 365 products.
• Work with Entra ID hybrid environments and assist in user profile migration.
• Join devices to Entra ID as part of the migration process.

Key Skills:

• 4 years' experience with Microsoft 365 products, including backend and admin portals.
• Experience with user management, SharePoint, and Exchange management.
• Knowledge of Entra ID hybrid environments.
• Experience with on-prem domain to M365 and M365 Tenant to Tenant migrations.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar tools is desirable.
• Immediate availability for the role.
