You'll join a vast network of global Buyers, with opportunities to learn best practices from across the international community.As a Buyer, you will utilize your broad Procurement expertise and best practice knowledge to support the Logistics Procurement Lead in implementing the UK and Ireland category strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing internal stakeholders, strategically procuring goods and services for specific logistics sub-categories, managing suppliers, and handling various operational and tactical activities.You will leverage procurement tools and promote their B-Corp Accreditation. This role demands advanced skills in tender management and analysis, supplier relationship management, internal and external influencing, contractual negotiation, and contract lifecycle management.A curious and detail-oriented mindset is crucial, as you will seek improvements in sourcing and delivering the product portfolio. A strong track record in contractual negotiation is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a good understanding of financial basics, and an appreciation of logistics and supply chains are also important.The role will involve occasional travel within head office and to supplier sites.
