Summary: A Legal Document Specialist position is available at a magic circle law firm, focusing on delivering high-quality legal document services. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out requests within the departmental remit, including amendments, conversions, and document repairs.
- Utilize a cloud-based file management system to manage jobs.
- Quality control of work before returning to clients.
- Use a web-based workflow tracking system to manage requests.
- Support the team with ad-hoc client requests as needed.
- Report deficiencies in systems of work or equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate issues or training needs to the Line manager.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a Legal Document Production role.
- Desirable corporate experience outside the legal sector.
- Advanced MS Office skills and proficiency in software like Visio and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with web-based workflow systems is desirable.
