Summary: A Legal Document Specialist position is available at a magic circle law firm, focusing on delivering high-quality legal document services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out requests within the departmental remit, including amends, conversions, and document repairs.
  • Utilize a cloud-based file management system to manage jobs.
  • Quality control of work before returning to clients.
  • Manage requests using a web-based workflow tracking system.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc client requests as needed.
  • Report deficiencies in systems of work or equipment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Report issues or training needs to the Line manager.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a Legal Document Production role.
  • Desirable corporate experience outside the legal sector.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and proficiency in software like Visio and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with web-based workflow systems is desirable.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work produced.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
