Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and risk assessments of expenditure-related contracts, ensuring compliance with international laws and internal policies.
  • Draft, amend, and systematize the company’s contractual templates and internal policies.
  • Engage in effective communication with stakeholders, leading negotiations and conflict management throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the contract review process and implement contract automation tools.
  • Provide expert guidance on contract-related matters to ensure alignment with legal requirements and company objectives.

Key Skills:

  • A university degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M.).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an international legal environment.
  • Extensive experience in drafting and interpreting legal documents in English.
  • Solid understanding of civil and common law frameworks, corporate law, and private international law.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and integrity.
  • Fluent in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of international privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR.
  • Familiarity with the common law legal system, particularly the laws of England and Wales.
  • Efficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
