Summary: As the Lead Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in advancing digital service delivery by overseeing multiple projects and teams. Your responsibilities will include creating technical designs, leading solution architecture, and ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational goals. You will also mentor fellow architects and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. This position requires a strong background in multi-cloud environments and architectural governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create optimal technical designs through an iterative process, aligning user needs within system requirements, security, and organizational objectives.
- Lead the design and review processes for new solutions and services, ensuring 'Secure by Design' principles are integrated into technical designs.
- Provide technical guidance and assurance to Business Analysts.
- Develop and document technical designs for the integration and implementation of solutions, working across other areas of the organization.
- Present recommendations for technologies or improvements to senior management, based on IT understanding and system needs analysis.
- Communicate complex or high-risk architecture topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate project success post-implementation and identify best practices and lessons learned.
- Provide feedback to leadership and incorporate best practices into future integration plans.
- Collaborate with squads and participate in agile ceremonies, serving as the main contact for design decisions.
- Apply user-centered thinking to underpin technical solutions.
- Ensure technical solutions align with business values and desired outcomes.
- Adapt communication techniques to your audience.

- Strong skills in AWS, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Detailed understanding of technical requirements for implementation, design, and management of associated technologies.

- Experience working with agile frameworks and implementations.
