Summary: The Lead Programme Manager (Public Sector) will oversee and coordinate complex programme delivery across multiple workstreams, partnering with the Programme Director. This role involves managing workstreams related to operating model design, organisational design, and technology strategy development. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in transformation programme delivery and managing senior stakeholder relationships, particularly in public sector environments. Key Responsibilities:

We are hiring for Lead Programme Manager (Public Sector) Location : Remote with 2-3 days per month travel to Office location

Lead Programme Delivery - Partner with the Programme Director to oversee and coordinate complex programme delivery across multiple workstreams. Should be able to Manage Workstreams : Designing and implementing a new operating model, Managing organisational design, including staffing, redeployment, retraining, and redundancy planning & Developing a technology strategy aligned with transformation goals. Should have Proven experience in operating model design and transformation programme delivery. Strong understanding of digital and data strategy within change programmes. Demonstrable success in managing senior stakeholder relationships, ideally within public sector environments. Ability to lead across multiple teams and suppliers in a complex delivery landscape
