p>Whitebridge Group, the specialist Digital Transformation consultancy is looking for an experienced Lead Cloud Engineer to build and deliver a new event-based architecture for integration and reporting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, able to undertake technical leadership and coordination of the technical development work.

Candidate's required/essential experience

  • C#, .NET 7
  • Entity Framework
  • Microsoft ADO
  • Database: SQL Server and Oracle
  • Containers
  • Event driven architecture, Event Hubs
  • Kafka,
  • DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, Automated Tests

Also

  • 5+ years in Energy industry particularly GB Gas and Power
  • 5 + years leading integration design using Azure Events Hubs, Kafka
  • 5+ years developing general solutions in the Energy industry
  • 5+ years developing integration solutions

Any experience with the following would also be useful:

.NET 8, ASP.NET Blazor, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Open Telemetry, Datadog, Promethius, Grafana.

The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role for the foreseeable future will be remote (based in the UK) with adhoc visits to the office. This will be umbrella working. Direct applicants only please.
