Summary: The Lead Agile Coach will oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance and audit readiness for GxP-regulated projects. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing program deliverables, and aligning strategic business outcomes with program delivery. The coach will also provide training and support to teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile maturity. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and execution of Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage the overall delivery roadmap for the Next Generation Contracting (NGC) program.
- Oversee program-level deliverables and milestones, ensuring measurable progress.
- Facilitate Agile at Scale ceremonies including Program Increment (PI) Planning and Scrum of Scrums (SoS).
- Lead quarterly release planning and iterative delivery cycles using Jira and Apptio TargetProcess.
- Ensure completion of team-level Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide backlog refinement and requirement prioritization with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery impediments.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs.
- Act as a bridge between delivery teams and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and communications teams.
- Deliver agile coaching and training for delivery teams and business partners.
- Host product office hours and provide hands-on support during deployment phases.
- Collaborate with the SaaS vendor and technical leads for data migration and testing activities.
- Champion agile best practices and continuous improvement efforts across teams.
- Ensure strategic alignment of the contracting transformation initiative with enterprise goals.
- Support vendor management activities including resource onboarding and performance reviews.
Key Skills:
- Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- SAFe Certified professional.
- Expertise in Apptio TargetProcess and Jira.
- Knowledge of GxP-regulated projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in developing and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
