  • Drive end-to-end delivery of the data transformation program, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Champion the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), facilitating PI Planning, managing the program backlog, and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior business and technology stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
  • Coordinate a globally distributed team of 36+ professionals across multiple locations, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Proactively manage program-level risks, dependencies, and integration points between initiatives and external teams.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving technical landscape, including decommissioning of Legacy systems and adoption of a new AWS-based data ecosystem.
