Summary: Required for a six-month initial contract, a junior Legal Counsel is needed to join an in-house Legal Licensing and Business Development team, with the role based in either London or Stockholm. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including reseller and distribution agreements.
  • Collaborate with in-house accounting, finance and licensing teams on the drafting and implementation of agreements.
  • Improve standard form agreements and legal processes.
  • Advise the business on relevant legal contexts, issues and risks, complex agreement structures, approval processes, and company policies and procedures.

Key Skills:

  • Law Degree (or equivalent).
  • Ability to practice in the UK or Sweden (as applicable).
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Team player with an ability to work autonomously.
  • Previous experience partnering with global stakeholders and partners.
