Summary: The Jenzabar Human Resources (HCM) Functional Project-Based Consultant will leverage functional HR experience and expertise in the Jenzabar ERP system to assist higher education institutions in improving processes and financial reporting. This role involves training HR professionals and collaborating with client teams to optimize the use of the Jenzabar ecosystem. The position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to impactful projects within the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize functional HR experience and Jenzabar ERP system knowledge to assist clients in higher education.
• Train HR professionals within client institutions on the Jenzabar HCM system.
• Collaborate with clients’ functional and technical teams to evaluate and design optimal processes.
• Architect, develop, test, train, and rollout process and technical solutions.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and enhancement of the Jenzabar system.

Key Skills:

• 4+ years of expertise in Jenzabar (CX, EX, or J1), with SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources within higher education.
• Preferred experience in ERP implementation and/or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience working with senior leaders as a partner and trusted advisor preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies/software and/or process mapping/software preferred.
