Summary: The Internal Talent Partner at Scede is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while collaborating with senior management to enhance recruitment practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the recruitment journey and all aspects of the candidate experience - sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the process.
- Work closely with the Senior Management team to create a streamlined and unbiased recruitment process that follows best practices.
- Source passive candidates and manage inbound applications to create a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics, using data to influence decisions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives.

As our Internal Talent Partner, you will be responsible for the delivery of all hiring for the Scede business, alongside supporting our customer facing Talent Partners as required. Please note this role is initially a fixed term contract.
