Interim Part Time Legal Resource - Central Belt Scotland

Summary: The role of Interim Legal Resource involves supporting the Chief Legal Officer of a next-generation energy supplier by assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of various contracts. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Legal Counsel in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, including supplier and customer contracts.
• Creating playbooks for the business (NDA’s / supply agreements) to improve legal processes.
• Driving continuous improvement in legal strategy and processes across the business, including supplier and customer contracts and IT contracts.
