Summary: The role of InHouse Counsel for UK&I is a part-time, fully remote position covering maternity leave for approximately 15-18 months within the renewable energy sector. The position requires UK qualification and involves legal responsibilities related to construction and project contracts in the UK and Ireland. The role offers flexibility in working hours, allowing for either three full days or shorter days across four to five days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation, negotiation, or review of consultant appointments, EPC contracts, sub-contracts, bonds, parent company guarantees, collateral warranties, and framework agreements related to projects.
• Providing internal legal advice on construction matters and risk management.
• Supporting projects in Ireland, including negotiation of supply contracts and liaising with Irish legal advisors.
