Summary: The IBM BAW Case Manager/FileNet Developer role involves designing, developing, and implementing IBM FileNet and BAW Case Manager Solutions to fulfill business and technical requirements. The position requires strong expertise in FileNet architecture, administration, and development, including migration activities and troubleshooting. The developer will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance while performing system administration tasks. This role is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement IBM FileNet and BAW Case Manager Solutions.
- Configure and maintain IBM FileNet and BAW Case Manager Environments.
- Develop custom FileNet and BAW Case Manager Workflows, document classes, and security models.
- Develop API and batch jobs using JAVA J2EE technologies and FileNet APIs.
- Perform system administration tasks including installation, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BAW Case Manager Applications and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Conduct BAW Case Manager & FileNet P8 Migration activities.
- Manage IBM Datacap 9.1 Migration activities.
- Utilize strong experience in IBM FileNet P8 architecture and components.
- Administer BAW Case Manager development including Case Manager Plug-Ins and DOJO Case Widget plug-in development.
- Manage, install, and upgrade FileNet and BAW Case Solutions in an on-prem environment.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and J2EE development.
- Experience with Linux Windows Script development.
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL.
- Strong experience in IBM FileNet P8 architecture and components.
- Experience in BAW Case Manager development and administration.
- Experience with FileNet APIs, including Content Engine and Process Engine APIs.
