Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, support, and monitor IBM Sterling Commerce applications and modules.

- Utilize business processes (BPML) and adapters within Sterling Integrator.
- Develop maps in various formats including ANSI X12, XML, EDIFACT, CSV, Flat files, and JSON.
- Understand and implement communication protocols like FTP, SFTP, AS2, and VAN.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and system performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior EDI developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Engage in Agile Development practices including backlog refinements and sprint planning.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Skills:
