Summary: The IAM Consultant role focuses on delivering and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, specifically utilizing technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta.   • Must be able to deliver quality work against planned timeframes for performance.
  • Developing and supporting IAM solutions
  • Responding to L1 and L2 support tickets
  • Managing user identities and access rights
  • Meet SLAs
  • Flexible to work shift hours 16x7 coverage (weekends, day, and evening)
  • Delivering reports, metrics, KPIs in a timely manner
