Summary: The role of Programmer Analyst focuses on supporting and enhancing the client's WFM/HRIS systems within a dynamic IT organization. The position requires collaboration with HR and Operational Excellence teams to define and implement HRIS platforms effectively. The successful candidate will manage system configurations, integrations, and reporting while ensuring smooth data transfers between various enterprise systems. This role is essential for driving the full software development lifecycle for HR systems and improving business processes through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support/implement WFM/HRIS Systems, including scheduling, forecasting, time and attendance, accrual processing, pay rules, and absence management
- Own Configuration, integration, and reporting related to WFM/HRIS platforms and data
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend key technologies required to support and improve business processes
- Drive the full SDLC for HR systems, including gathering business requirements, technical analysis and design, configuration, integrations, testing, and implementation of customizations
- Provide support for systems integrations, ensuring smooth data transfers between UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise systems such as HRIS, payroll, and other third-party applications
Key Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions in corporate applications
- 3+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms, administration, and projects
- Strong technical background and hands-on experience with HRIS Initiatives
- Prior experience in implementing UKG Pro WFM
- Knowledge of HR/labor management practices and processes
- Ability to effectively gather and prioritize user requirements from disparate sources
- Strong consensus and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks within an open and interactive environment
