Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner role at Aramark UK is a remote position focused on supporting strategic transformation within the Defence sector. The successful candidate will collaborate with various internal teams and act as a subject matter expert in HR-related areas, including TUPE and organisational design, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role requires a strong generalist HR background and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and deliver HR bid responses covering resourcing, TUPE, pensions and organisational design
  • Review and analyse complex HR data, policies and legal documentation
  • Develop new HR policies and initiatives (e.g. inclusion, wellbeing, learning & development)
  • Advise on union matters, pay structures and performance management risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, IT, SMEs) to ensure compliant and competitive HR solutions
  • Represent HR in bid reviews, stakeholder meetings and client discussions or presentations where required

Key Skills:

  • Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in Defence or Government services
  • Commercial mindset
  • TUPE and change management expertise
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent data interpretation, bid writing and policy development skills
  • CIPD qualified L7 / part-qualified or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain BPSS / security clearance
