Summary: The role of HR & IT Project Manager involves leading two key projects: the selection and implementation of a new Benefits & Compensation system and a website upgrade. This position is offered on an initial 12-month contract and is fully remote, with occasional travel to London. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management, particularly in HR technology and website development. An immediate start is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the selection and implementation of a new Benefits & Compensation system.
- Oversee the website upgrade project.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct ad-hoc travel to London as needed.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and Compensation & Benefits structures.
- Experience in website development or improvement projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
