Key Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee People Ops compliance activities across international markets
- Handle Tier 2 compliance requests (e.g. regulatory data requests, personal data queries, reporting)
- Support HR audits and compliance reviews
- Maintain and improve HR compliance processes, documentation and reporting
- Partner with Legal, Payroll, People COEs and Systems teams on compliance initiatives
- Contribute to compliance-focused projects and process improvements
- Work with HR systems (including Workday) to support reporting and controls
Key Skills:
- 4+ years’ experience in People Operations and/or HR Compliance
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, with exposure to international markets
- Experience supporting audits, compliance reporting and operational HR processes
- Project-oriented mindset; comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Experience in a global, fast-moving tech or fintech environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on Workday experience

This is a hands-on People Operations role focused on HR compliance, reporting, audits and process improvement — ideal for someone at a mid–senior individual contributor level who enjoys combining operational detail with project work in a fast-paced tech environment.
The role You’ll support HR compliance across international markets, with a particular focus on EMEA. While the team provides Tier 2 support for compliance-related requests, the core of the role is projects, processes and audit readiness , rather than high-volume ticket handling.
