Join us in creating a better tomorrow, one refreshing sip at a time.Role DescriptionThis is a Fixed Term Contract role for a HR Administrator at Eden Springs UK located in Blantyre, with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate with be working within a small HR team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for human resources tasks including benefits administration, HR management, and maintaining HR information systems. Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and coordinating induction schedules.Ensuring compliance with right to work checks for all employees present and future. Supporting the HR team with return-to-work procedures, arranging any potential follow up meetings. Managing all process of employee life cycle.General HR day-to-day administrative tasks. Maintain personnel files for all employees.Prepare HR documents, including contracts, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.Assist our Recruitment Operations team with any outstanding screening requirements for candidates where necessary.Key Qualifications:Experience in a busy office environment, preferably in HR but not essential.Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skillsFamiliarity with screening methods.This is Fixed Term Contract until 31 December 2024, with the potential to become a permanent position. Salary for this position will be 23,400 - 25,000 per year. Closing date is 5pm on Friday 16 August 2024
