Summary: This role is for a Mid-Level GIS Analyst/Help Desk support contractor responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the GIS Unit. The position involves direct communication with customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting problems in ServiceNow. The candidate must possess skills in ArcGIS Pro, GIS analysis, and customer service. Familiarity with linear referencing solutions and ArcGIS Online is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
