Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a clear process flow for handling adjustments, including the role of central case management support.
  • Engage stakeholders through interviews and workshops, incorporating feedback into recommendations and policy updates.
  • Explore options for managing workplace adjustment costs, including a possible central budget.
  • Develop a phased implementation plan, highlighting quick wins and clear ownership of actions.
