Summary: We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of insurance technology initiatives built on Guidewire InsuranceSuite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale Guidewire implementations and upgrades, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and engage effectively with US-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Guidewire projects (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies using tools like Jira
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery milestones
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership and clients
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies

Key Skills:

  • IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in Guidewire projects
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter)
  • Proven track record of delivering complex insurance technology programs
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
