Summary: We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of insurance technology initiatives built on Guidewire InsuranceSuite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale Guidewire implementations and upgrades, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and engage effectively with US-based stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Guidewire projects (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies using tools like Jira
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery milestones
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and clients
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies
Key Skills:
- IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in Guidewire projects
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter)
- Proven track record of delivering complex insurance technology programs
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage distributed teams in a remote environment
