Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking qualified Global Contract Life & Wellness Coaches to join our global coaching network as a fully remote 1099 contract provider. Our coaches partner with our members in a safe, non-judgemental, and empowering space that facilitates exploration, self-discovery, and growth. Coaches will be responsible for delivering tele-coaching sessions to support members in developing the insights and skills necessary to create meaningful and sustainable change, and thrive in the areas that matter most to them.

What You'll Do:
- Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients in your region via video with our EHR. (Iceland, Ireland, Portugal, United Kingdom)
- Support adults with setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
- Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of your session notes in a timely manner within our EHR.
- Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, our licensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative care support team whenever you need assistance.
- Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, disabilities, and genders.
Who You Are:
- Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body , including but not limited to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies that follow similar professional and ethical standards (e.g., APAC, DVCT, ASESCO, NOBCO, SFCoach, ICC) is firmly required.
- Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience firmly required.
- Adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
- You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including but not limited to, NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
- You are comfortable leveraging technology to deliver care, with strong telehealth competency and reliable access to high-speed internet.
- You are committed to quality care, want to expand your capabilities, and increase your effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
- You like working independently, but would also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other coaches.
- You are fluent in at least one regional language to support members in their preferred language. English proficiency is required for the interview process but not for providing care.
Compensation is offered per session in USD and will vary based on location.
