Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize 5 years of experience with State Integrated Eligibility operations and/or implementation as a functional consultant or equivalent positions.
• Apply functional knowledge of Medicaid rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Translate federal and state policy requirements into functional requirements and designs.
• Review functional requirements and designs of state eligibility systems for Medicaid programs.
• Craft clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content.
• Produce high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
