Summary: The Workday Support Specialist - HCM is responsible for the configuration, testing, implementation, and administration of the Workday HCM system. This role involves providing system administration, troubleshooting issues, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The specialist will also develop reports and analytics to support decision-making while staying informed on Workday releases and HRIS best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing administration of the Workday (HCM) system.
  • Provide system administration, including business process configuration, reporting development, end-user training, and data management.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and conduct training sessions.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance through audits, reconciliation, and quality checks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionality with operational needs, and coordinate security access-related needs.
  • Participate in system lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, testing, documentation, training, and deployment of updates.
  • Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Communicate with vendors or consultants to support the system.
  • Stay informed on Workday releases and HRIS best practices, recommending improvements.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Location: Fremont, CA -Remote

Assist with the configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing administration of the Workday (HCM) system.

Provide system administration, including business process configuration, reporting development, end-user training, and data management.
