Are you an experienced principal or senior medical writer looking for a new freelance opportunity? We’re looking for freelance principal or senior medical writers to support our Healthcare Practice at Madano, a UK-based strategic communications consultancy specialising in healthcare, energy, technology, digital and data science sectors.
The Scope
We’re seeking freelance writers with:
- A minimum of 5 years’ medical writing experience within a healthcare communications agency environment
- Proven expertise in medical affairs, scientific communications, and publications , particularly:
- Slide decks (scientific and medical affairs)
- Abstracts, posters, and congress materials
- Ability to critically appraise medical literature and craft clear, engaging scientific narratives
- Experience across a range of therapy areas, ideally including diabetes, obesity, neurology, and rare diseases
