Key Responsibilities:

- Use technical expertise to recommend changes to materials, construction, and fit to improve comfort, performance, and durability.
- Make occasional visits to factory partners to oversee sampling and ensure quality standards are met.
- Support ongoing quality assurance and continuous improvement through each development phase.
