Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the Founder on strategic decision-making and business growth
• Provide commercial insights to support decision-making and profitability
• Prepare and manage financial forecasts, models, budgets and cash flow projections to map out commercial opportunities
• Advise on allocation of investment and assess market opportunities and risks
• Support with investor relations and any fundraising activities if required
• Advise on key commercial contracts and partnerships

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior financial leader within a creative or media business
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to collaborate with non-financial stakeholders
• Experience in managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ability to work independently as the sole finance member in the business
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
