Our client is looking to hire a Senior Flutter Engineer, to join them on a 6-month contract basis, to work on a remote contract (outside IR35).
The daily rate for this role will be £450 per day (outside IR35).
You will be helping in the design and development of a customer-facing banking application - delivering a high-quality, responsive and accessible banking experience across Android iOS and web.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience developing Flutter applications.
- Strong understanding of Design and Architecture with an ability to contribute to the planning and decision-making regarding the overall structure of the software.
- Ability to solve complex problems related to software development, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, state management (GetX, Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.), and Dart language.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows.
- Solid knowledge of mobile development best practices (iOS/Android guidelines).
- Understanding of responsive design principles for both mobile and web.
- Experience with accessibility, usability, and secure coding principles.
- Experience working within the banking or fintech industry, and exposure to secure app frameworks such as Promon or Trusteer is also desirable.
