Summary: The role of Front End Developer requires an individual with active Security Clearance to work on a high-profile government project. The candidate must possess expertise in Next.js and React, focusing on developing high-quality web applications and collaborating with Back End developers. This position is contract-based for three months and is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Front End web applications using Next.js and React.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with Back End developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
  • Support agile delivery processes by attending sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Key Skills:

  • Active Security Clearance - this is mandatory
  • Expert-level experience with Next.js and React development.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience building user-centric web applications.

Front End Developer - Active Security Clearance Required

Location: Remote - with ad-hoc visits to office

Contract: 3 months
Onboarding: By 25th August

We're currently seeking a skilled Front End Developer with active Security Clearance (this is non-negotiable) to join a high-profile project within the government sector.

You will be an expert in Next.js and React, with advanced experience in developing sophisticated UI/UX designs and delivering seamless, high-quality web applications. You'll collaborate closely with Back End developers to build robust, scalable solutions. Experience working with government agencies and consultancies is highly desirable and will give you a strong advantage.

This is an Outside IR35 Contract with a day rate of £500 p/d.
