Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and change initiatives for operational teams across Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Collections.
- Improve services, including the implementation of a shared service model and new business processes.
- Prioritise and assess the impact of projects to ensure optimal customer outcomes and alignment with organisational strategy.
- Manage change to deliver improvements to end-to-end processes and realize shared service benefits.
- Lead the implementation of business processes into various business areas.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage engagement and expectations.
- Ensure all change is managed with appropriate governance, documentation, and within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Define and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies related to projects.

- Strong knowledge of change governance, including defining and managing risks, issues, and interdependencies.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with experience in senior-level stakeholder management.
