Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects across multiple channels, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to shape, scope, and deliver initiatives that drive measurable value.
- Navigate fast-moving environments, quickly understanding new domains, priorities, and challenges.
- Manage project governance including budgets, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
- Facilitate clear, concise communication across senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners.
- Identify opportunities to optimise delivery approaches and improve project outcomes.
- Ensure robust benefit tracking and alignment to strategic objectives.

As part of this journey, we’re looking for a Digital Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, commercially driven environments and can deliver impactful change across our digital landscape. This role is ideal for someone coming from a private sector, agency, consultancy, or high growth/start-up background , who is used to navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, and delivering results at pace. You’ll lead a range of digital initiatives, both tactical and strategic, working with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery from concept through to implementation. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site) with regular travel required, so flexibility and mobility are key.
