Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely production, review and consolidation of monthly financial data into group accounts.
- Collaborate with Central Accounting teams on process change and key projects.
- Oversee balance sheet reviews, posting adjustments as required.
- Review centrally prepared billing for completeness and accuracy.
- Design and implement enhanced procedures as required.
- Act as a key liaison between group finance, local entities, and external advisors.
- Provide financial insights and updates to senior leadership on key projects progress.
- Manage relationship with external advisors to deliver local statutory requirements.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), where required.
- Support on ad-hoc accounting advice as required.
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- Prior experience of accounting/reporting for international entities in a complex organisation.
- Experience working with outsourced accounting providers.
- Experience enhancing processes and controls in international entities.
- Experience or training in an accounting firm environment would be advantageous.

EMEA Finance Manager Remote £70,000-£85,000 per annum 10 month contract We Do Group is supporting an international software group with the hire of a contract resource which will support with both BAU accounting and project delivery. You will be joining an established international organisation, operating well developed and stable ERP systems and processes, with a remit to support the central accounting functions with international accounting and compliance We are looking for an experienced operator at a Manager, Controller or Senior Accountant level who can shift between hands on BAU accounting and projects as required. Salary & Benefits £75,000-£85,000 per annum - 10 month contract This role is offered on a remote basis - in office presence may be required on very rare occasions during the contract but would be agreed well in advance.
