Finance Assistant – 6-Month FTC 30 hours/week | Fully Remote | Potential to Go Permanent!

Are you a detail-driven finance professional ready to take on a fast-paced, complex role? Join a cutting-edge global tech business as their Finance Assistant ! This is a 6-month fixed-term contract , but for the right person, there’s real potential to go permanent .

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll play a key role in keeping their finance function running smoothly - handling high-volume, multi-entity, and multi-project transactions with precision and pace.
  • Your day-to-day will include:
    • Posting supplier invoices and ensuring project accuracy
    • Preparing supplier payments and setting them up for approval
    • Handling sales invoicing and credit control
    • Posting bank transactions and credit card activity
    • Supporting PO creation and expense claim coding
    • Assisting with tax returns and ad hoc finance tasks

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience with Xero (a must!)
  • Confidence working with both UK and US entities
  • Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and the ability to manage complexity
