Artis HR are supporting a leading manufacturing business in the search for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work condensed hours across a fixed shift pattern: Monday to Wednesday – Standard office hours Thursday – Night shift (7:00pm – 3:00am) The role is fully on-site, based just outside Newport, South Wales. Due to limited public transport links, a driving licence is preferred. You’ll be joining a fast-paced and busy HR team supporting all elements of the employee lifecycle – from employee relations and high-volume recruitment to absence management, labour planning, and engagement initiatives.
