Field Sales Operative

Summary: The Sales Advisor role in Financial Services is a full-time, permanent position focused on promoting membership growth through strategic stakeholder engagement and marketing initiatives. The advisor will provide pensions information and solutions to members nearing retirement while generating leads and maintaining relationships within various police associations. Key Responsibilities:

• Grow membership base through developing and sustaining solid relationships with stakeholders.
• Generate leads for prospective presentations and events to build a presence within regional forces.
• Provide practical information regarding Police and Police Staff pensions through meetings.
• Work with the Marketing Team to plan and deliver promotional activities.
• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Organize diary and travel commitments effectively.
• Maintain CRM system and ensure call trackers are updated.
• Build strong relationships within various police associations to promote products and services.
• Support with additional tasks as needed within the area of competence.
