Summary: The ETL Architect role involves designing and implementing end-to-end ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and Amazon Redshift. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end ETL solutions leveraging Informatica PowerCenter and Amazon Redshift.
- Define and implement data integration strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Develop high-performance, scalable ETL workflows for large-scale data processing.
- Optimize data models, queries, and ETL processes for performance and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust ETL designs.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple data sources.
- Implement automation, monitoring, and scheduling of ETL processes.
- Support data migration, warehousing, and modernization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex ETL and data pipeline issues.

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in ETL development and architecture, with at least 3+ years in a lead/architect role.
- Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter (design, development, administration).
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift (data modeling, optimization, performance tuning).
- Solid understanding of ETL principles, data warehousing, and BI architectures.
- Proficiency in SQL and performance optimization for large datasets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
