Summary: The ERP Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of ERP implementation and enhancement programs, coordinating efforts across various business functions and technical teams. This role requires strong leadership in large-scale SaaS ERP environments and involves managing project risks, stakeholder communication, and integration with third-party tools. The position also supports M&A integration efforts and requires significant travel based on project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management of ERP implementation and enhancement programs
- Coordinate across business functions, technical teams, and third-party vendors
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and reports using tools like MS Project or Smartsheet
- Drive integration of ERP with multiple bolt-on systems and third-party tools
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues proactively
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and project sponsors
- Support M&A integration efforts and navigate complex change management scenarios
Key Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in ERP program/project management
- Proven leadership in large-scale SaaS ERP environments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and delivery-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and collaboration platforms
- Strong understanding of project governance and risk management practices
- Hands-on experience managing Infor M3 ERP implementations
- Familiarity with integration of one or more of the following tools: ServiceMax, Factory Track, Vertex, MeasureSquare, Design 2020, Onestream, Concur, SPS Commerce, CLM, CPQ, IDM, Birst, Paylocity, Data Mesh
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience in M&A-related ERP transitions or similar complex programs
