Summary: The Epic EMR Help Desk Consultant role requires flexibility in shift timings and involves providing Tier 1 support for Epic EMR and MyChart. Key Responsibilities:
- Experience providing both Epic EMR Tier 1 and MyChart Tier 1 support

- Experience writing knowledge base articles and tip sheets
- Experience using ticketing systems (in this case ServiceNow experience is required)
- IT awareness & Helpdesk tool experience
