Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to queries from centres, employers, and internal teams regarding EPA delivery
- Coordinating paper-based EPA activities including test bookings and results processing
- Supporting test content reviews and administration tasks across multiple platforms
- Managing data input, uploads, and updates using tools like Excel, OneCRM, ACE360, and Tableau
- Tracking delivery schedules and maintaining up-to-date records across systems
- Reporting on key metrics and maintaining SLAs across all aspects of EPA services
- Supporting assessor recruitment, training, standardisation events, and CPD activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes across the team
- Flagging risks and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards

- Previous experience as a senior or experienced administrator within a complex organisation
- Strong background in business support and customer service
- High level of competence using databases and tools such as Excel and CRM systems

Working closely with the Operations Lead and wider teams, you’ll ensure high standards of accuracy, process efficiency, and data management—contributing directly to an exceptional learner and customer experience.
